BUSINESS UNIT QUALITY LEADER

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent education with a minimum of five years of manufacturing experience and extensive knowledge of quality tools.

Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, DOE, FMEA, and ISO 9001 quality standards in a manufacturing environment highly preferred. Knowledge of directing quality assurance programs including utilizing advanced inspection methods, and applying auditing and sampling techniques to ensure production of finished products that meet customer requirements preferred.

Will be responsible for leading Manufacturing Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering departments. This position requires excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, communications, team process, and problem solving skills.
